Privacy policy

• Account details — your name, email address and a hashed password, if you create an account.
• Order details — delivery address, phone number and what you bought.
• Wishlist — the products you save, so you can find them again.

Payment is handled entirely by our payment provider. We never see or store your card or wallet credentials.

• To process and deliver your order.
• To email you an order confirmation, and delivery updates.
• To let you sign in and manage your wishlist and order history.
• To answer your questions when you contact us.

We do not sell or rent your data. We do not add you to a marketing mailing list without asking. We do not share your details with third parties beyond the courier delivering your order.

You can ask us for a copy of your data, or ask us to delete your account, at any time. Email ilamdurbartea@gmail.com and we will action it. Deleting your account removes your personal data from our systems; order records required for tax purposes are retained in anonymised form.

Passwords are hashed before storage and never stored in plain text. The admin area and account pages are access-controlled, and admin actions on the server are re-checked for permissions independently of what the browser allows.
