Terms of service

An order is an offer to buy. It becomes a contract when we send the order confirmation email. We may decline an order — for example if an item is out of stock, priced in error, or where we cannot deliver to your address. If we decline, any payment taken is refunded in full.

• All prices are in Nepalese Rupees (NPR) and exclude any import duty for international orders.
• Prices may change without notice, but never after you have placed an order.
• We reserve the right to correct obvious pricing errors before dispatch.

Tea varies by lot. Weight, harvest season and tasting notes describe the specific lot you are buying, but leaf appearance and cup colour can differ slightly between batches grown in the same garden. Product photographs are of the actual lot where possible.

Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery. Where a parcel is lost or damaged in transit, contact us and we will replace it. Full detail is on the shipping page.

Our returns policy is set out on the shipping page and forms part of these terms. In short: unopened, unused pouches can be returned within 7 days; damaged or incorrect items are replaced without question.

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. Otherwise our liability in connection with any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

These terms are governed by the laws of Nepal, and the courts of Nepal have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
