Shipping & returns

We dispatch from Ilam. Here is what to expect and what happens if something goes wrong.

Delivery times and cost

Kathmandu Valley — 1–2 working days. Free over Rs. 2000, otherwise Rs. 150.
Rest of Nepal — 2–5 working days. Free over Rs. 2000, otherwise Rs. 250.
International — 7–14 working days, calculated at checkout. Import duty, where applicable, is the customer's responsibility.

Orders placed before 2 pm are dispatched the same working day. Otherwise they go out the next morning.

Tracking

We email a confirmation when your order ships, including the courier name and tracking reference. If it has been more than 3 working days for a domestic order, message us and we will chase it.

Returns and refunds

7 days from delivery for unopened, unused pouches.
Damaged or wrong item — send a photo and we will replace it immediately.
Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5 working days of us receiving the return.

For hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns on opened pouches. If you are unhappy with a tea, tell us before opening the next one — we would far rather help you find a lot you like.

Payment

Cash on delivery is available nationwide. Orders placed on the website can be paid with eSewa. We never ask for card details over WhatsApp or email.
